Seasonal workshops with Diana provide a touchstone to consciously honor and celebrate cultural holidays in a deeper way. They are a great way not only to deepen your current yoga practice but to share that practice with a friend or loved one who may be new to yoga. Taking a workshop is an excellent introduction to all that Diana offers in her overseas weeklong retreats.
Diana offers her students a physically challenging yet balanced practice, that nurtures and supports increasing levels of growth and well being. Her style draws from her studies at Kripalu in Western Massachusetts and in Northern California where she studied under many master teachers in the Vinyasa Flow, Iyengar, and Yin Yoga traditions. Diana completed her YogaWorks certification and is a leader in the YogaWorks teacher training program. Most recently Diana completed her 300 hour Professional Teacher Training Program and was a faculty member with Down Under School of Yoga in Boston.
Private yoga can provide you with an introduction to the the fundamentals of a yoga practice, the ability to practice therapeutically with an injury, and the opportunity to master challenging poses and explore specific aspects of the yoga philosophy.

Meditation & Breath Work
These one-on-one sessions with Diana are tailored to your particular needs and interests. You can learn to start a home practice, request specific guided meditations, or simply have some time to ask questions. You can look deeply into the challenges of incorporating mindfulness, compassion, love, and wisdom into your daily life and relationships. You can also use the sessions to recognize and release your fears, anxieties, ill-will and other negative habit energies so that you can live life with more ease, joy and freedom.
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction
Trained in the MBSR methodolgy, Diana incorporates elements of this practice with her years of experience as a yoga teacher and coach to create a session of healing and transformation for people experiencing such things as anxiety, insomnia, chronic pain, illness, and low self esteem. MBSR - Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction is a program that was developed by Jon Kabat Zinn at The University of Massachusetts. MBSR uses three formal techniques…mindfulness meditation, body scanning and simple yoga postures and incorporates the themes of non- judging, non - striving, acceptance letting go and beginner’s mind to heal and transform.

Flow is a challenging, joyful Vinyasa practice that connects movement to breath in a vigorous sequence of yoga poses. The class cultivates deep physical opening and absorption of the mind in the rhythm of breath and body. Flow classes introduce inversions, more challenging backbends and arm balances and move at a moderate to fast pace, so knowing the basics is helpful.
Slow Flow dives deep into a creative exploration of yoga postures, balancing physical challenge with quiet calm. Slow Flow is appropriate for all levels while Slow Flow II/III teaches more challenging poses.

Relax & Renew is an all-levels meditative class of calming, quieting poses and long holds, designed to help you unwind from your day.
A quiet and contemplative practice that promotes greater circulation, increased joint mobility, flexibility and relaxation. Learn meditation practices that develop awareness of one's deeper nature through observation of mind and sensation.
